Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Applicator to join our team at our McNabb location. This is a vital position that plays an essential role in serving our growers and supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently apply crop protection products to growers’ fields
  • Operate and maintain application equipment and machinery
  • Follow all company, environmental, and safety protocols
  • Provide professional, courteous service to growers and customers
  • Complete required records and documentation accurately
  • Assist with other operational duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Class A CDL required

Job Summary:

Sun Ag is seeking a dedicated and motivated Location Manager to lead the daily operations of our Tremont facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing location workflow, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agriculture, team development, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tremont Facility.
  • Lead, mentor, and steward a team of employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Create and maintain operational efficiencies to support customer and business needs.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure efficient facility operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Promote workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prioritize employee retention through strong leadership, communication, and team development.
  • Work collaboratively with management, sales staff, and operations team to achieve company goals.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Tender Driver to join the Sun Ag team. This position is responsible for delivering fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and other crop inputs to applicators in the field or directly to customers, ensuring timely and efficient operations during the busy planting and spraying seasons.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate tender trucks to deliver crop inputs and supplies to fields or customer locations
  • Load and unload product, including dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, chemicals, and seed
  • Maintain accurate delivery and product transfer records
  • Communicate clearly with applicators, operators, and dispatchers to coordinate timely deliveries
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Assist with basic maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment
  • Support warehouse or plant operations as needed when not driving (mix/load products, inventory, etc.)
  • Follow all company safety protocols, DOT regulations, and environmental compliance standards
